Procedure

Step-by-step

  1. 01

    Open Sales → Orders

Use status and date filters to locate new, pending or failed orders.

  2. 02

    Review the order timeline

Confirm the customer, product, amount, invoice and payment state before provisioning.

  3. 03

    Inspect module execution

A successful payment queues or runs the linked server module. Review the module queue when activation is delayed.

  4. 04

    Confirm the service

Verify that credentials, server assignment, next due date and activation status were stored correctly.

  5. 05

    Handle exceptions

Correct the provider or product configuration, then retry only the failed job instead of recreating the order.

02

Checklist

Best practices

  • Never retry a job until the underlying provider error is understood.
  • Use abandoned checkout reporting to recover incomplete orders.
